Hire
Transport hire rates quoted are
inclusive of operator & fuel.
All
rates quoted are exclusive of V.A.T.
- All transport
rates are for local work (Aberdeenshire). If hire incurs excessive mileages
or fuel consumption extra costs will be advised prior and charged accordingly.

THE
UNDERNOTE APPLIES TO ALL HIRED PLANT / TRANSPORT
Tipping
fees and supply of materials will be given on request pertaining to location
and specification, legally controlled documentation will be passed to all
parties as necessary.
A. Subsistence charged by agreement
B. Overtime charged at £9.00 per hour
for Time and Half and £13.50 per hour for Double Time
C. Hardware charged extra, hardware being:
teeth; shanks; tips; ripper tips; blades; all machine protectors; nuts and
bolts
D. Transport of earthmoving equipment charged
according to individual hire locations -price upon request
E. Tyre damage charged if site conditions are
the cause and all without deduction of up to 1 working hour
F. All hires terminating must be notified to
this office before 1530 hours that day, sites notifying drivers at finishing
time is not
acceptable
G. 8 hour minimum hire on ALL machine
H. All plant hired out in accordance with S.
P. O. A. conditions
I. Volume hire rates negotiable, otherwise
all rates quoted are net
